What to Expect.

Walking into a new gym is the hardest part. Here's exactly what'll happen on your first visit so nothing catches you off guard.

    Arrive 10 Minutes Early Park in the York Ice Arena lot, head upstairs to the second floor, and meet your coach. We'll show you around and answer any questions before class starts.

    Wear Whatever Works Comfortable athletic clothing and clean indoor shoes. We've got water, equipment, and everything else you need on hand.
  • 03
    Coach Walks You Through It Every workout is scaled to your level. Your coach will demo each movement, check your form, and adjust as needed. You won't get lost.
