What Online Coaching Looks Like at Full Circle

At Full Circle Fitness & Performance, our Remote/Online Training program is designed for individuals and teams who want expert coaching and structured programming but may not be able to train in person. Whether you have access to a commercial gym, school weight room, or home workout space, this program provides customized training tailored specifically to your goals, your experience level, and the equipment you actually have.

Through our training app, clients receive personalized workouts complete with video demonstrations, coaching cues, and exercise guidance to help ensure proper technique, safety, and performance. Regular check-ins with your assigned coach provide accountability, progress tracking, and ongoing communication so adjustments can be made as needed to keep you moving forward.

What kind of equipment do I need?
We program around what you have. Commercial gym, school weight room, garage setup, hotel during travel — we'll build something that works. Tell us what you've got access to during onboarding and we go from there.
How does the coaching app work?
We use PushPress. After enrollment you'll get login info, and your custom workouts load in the app each week — with video demos, coaching cues, and notes attached to every exercise. You log your sessions as you go so your coach can see what's working and what needs to shift.
How often will I hear from my coach?
Check-in cadence depends on your specific program, but you'll always have a direct line to your coach for questions, form checks, and adjustments between scheduled touchpoints. The app keeps the conversation going even when we're not on a call.
How is pricing structured?
It depends on whether you're an individual, an athlete with sport-specific needs, or a team with multiple participants. Reach out and we'll talk through what fits best for your goals — no high-pressure sales, just an honest conversation about whether this is the right fit.
Is online coaching as effective as training in person?
Different, not lesser. With clear programming, video accountability, and a coach who actually pays attention to what you're submitting, remote clients make real progress. For athletes managing travel schedules or off-season work, it can be more consistent than trying to fit in-person sessions around everything else.
